You can cancel renewal through the subscription controls in your account. Unless the checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not itself create a refund for a period already started.

Contact support promptly if you were charged more than once, cannot access an eligible download, received a file that is materially different from its listing, or believe a payment was unauthorized. Include the account email, transaction date, and order or product details; never send full payment-card information.

Requests are reviewed individually under applicable consumer law and payment-provider rules. This draft does not promise an automatic refund or waive any rights that cannot legally be excluded. The final policy must specify any applicable request deadlines and the actual refund process.
