This license explains how a buyer may use a digital asset obtained through Expmotion. The seller retains ownership of the asset. A purchase or subscription grants only the usage rights described on the product page and in this agreement; it does not transfer copyright or ownership.

This is a draft for review. If a product page or a separate license grants different or broader rights, identify those terms clearly before checkout and state which terms control.

After the applicable payment is completed, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to incorporate the asset into an end product or project, including personal or commercial work, subject to the product-specific terms shown at purchase.

Unless the product page expressly allows more, the asset must be incorporated into a larger work and must not be made available to others as a standalone file. Examples of end products may include a finished video, design, presentation, website, or application.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away an asset as a standalone file; make it available in a source-file library, stock marketplace, or competing download service; claim the seller’s work as your own; or use an asset unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

You may not use an asset in a way that allows end users to extract and reuse the original file, unless the product-specific license expressly permits that use.

Assets are supplied by independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for having the rights needed to list and license their assets. Product pages may contain additional instructions, attribution requirements, compatibility information, or restrictions. Review those details before buying.

Assets included in a subscription may be downloaded while the subscription is active, subject to the plan and product terms displayed on the site. When a subscription ends, further downloads and new uses that require an active subscription are no longer authorized.

Whether a project completed during an active subscription may continue to be used afterward must be stated in the applicable plan or product license. Confirm this rule before offering subscriptions.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the seller or other rights holder. This license does not grant exclusive rights, trademark rights, or the right to register an asset or part of it as a logo, trademark, or other exclusive identifier.

Refund requests are handled under the refund policy shown on Expmotion and any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a file is damaged, unavailable, or materially different from its product description, contact support through the Contact page.

Expmotion may suspend access where it reasonably believes an account is being used to share, resell, or otherwise misuse assets, or where suspension is needed to protect users, sellers, or the service. When a license ends, stop any use that is no longer authorized and delete copies that you are not entitled to keep, except where retention is required by law.
