This agreement applies when you submit digital assets to Expmotion as a creator. You must provide accurate account, tax, and payout information and comply with the platform rules and applicable law.

You retain ownership of your work. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, promote, and license every file, including any third-party material. You grant Expmotion the limited permission needed to host, display, preview, distribute, and deliver your listing to customers under the license terms presented with that product.

The current subscription estimate allocates 50% of subscription payments to a seller pool. The pool is distributed using eligible subscriber downloads across categories and products. The dashboard is an estimate, not a payout statement or guarantee of a specific amount. The final agreement must define the payment basis, adjustments, reporting period, payout schedule, minimum threshold, and any fees or taxes.

Product pricing, platform fees, sale proceeds, chargebacks, payout timing, and supported payout methods must be confirmed in the seller dashboard or a final version of this agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate tax information and meeting your tax obligations.

Expmotion may review listings and restrict or remove content that appears infringing, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform rules. You may stop offering a product through the available account process. The final agreement must explain notice, pending earnings, and the effect of account termination.
